Nila has a work force of over 300 permanent employees. In the realization that employees are vital in achieving the company's goals and enhancing our reputation as one of the leading distributors in the region, we have a well trained team, who undergo regular training on marketing, sales and customer care. This is important in the consideration of the changing trends in an innovative and competitive market. We also conduct regular CME's (Continuous Medical Education) to equip the pharmacists with product knowledge and changing trends in the pharmaceuticals industry. Our driving force as employees is discipline, total commitment to our customers and our employer, Nila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Our Professional team

Nila Pharmaceuticals Company is a limited liability company with two directors who are Kenyan citizens and who conduct themselves with the highest standards of professional ethics, honesty and integrity. One of the directors has more than 20 years of experience, a respected pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining Nila, he had worked with major multinational companies in the country. Our directors' style of management is not micro-managing but hands on and this integrity motivates employees.
